My Professional Experience

 

I come from the world of finance, corporate, and business.

 

I started my professional path in M&A investment banking in London, a fast-paced and competitive environment. Later, I co-founded a Manufacturing Startup in Berlin. Building this business from the ground up to over 30 employees and €1mn in revenue was an incredible and challenging journey. I managed responsibilities ranging from project management, accounting, design, operations, and team leadership.

Though the corporate side is just one piece of the puzzle for me.

My Personal Insights

 

I grew up in post-Soviet Russia, however moved away after finishing high school. Over the last 18+ years, I have lived internationally, including London, South Carolina (USA), and Berlin.

​

I live in an intercultural marriage.

​

As a mother of two, I understand the challenges of balancing work, family, and personal wellbeing. Like many working moms, I struggled for years to balance a demanding career with the needs of my family and my own wellbeing. Although I loved my work, feelings of disconnection and being overwhelmed often prevailed.

​

Having experienced the importance and rarity of meaningful mental health support for women firsthand, I now dedicate my work to supporting women in their personal development and fulfilment.
